After 7 miles of climbing we crest the top of the ridge with just a mile of downhill ahead! The Salmon Mountains and Railroad ridge are in the background.

Sunday's Ride was to the Saddle near Castle Peak, but first we had to descend to the boulder chain lakes.

After descending two miles we start to climb again up to the saddle.

We made it to the river. I guess we won't relax on that picnic table.
Time to leave the BOB trailer and Debbie and go ride the 5 miles up the dirt road to the car.

Owen ended up with a broken toe nail so we had to bandage up his foot until we got home so we could cut it off.
